How to Use VivaGel™ BV

1. Remove cap and puncture the seal.

2. Attach applicator to the tube.

3. Squeeze tube to fill applicator (plunger stops at correct dose).

4. Insert gently and push plunger to dispense gel.

5. Wash applicator with mild soap and warm water after each use.

6. To reassemble, push plunger back into the non-threaded barrel end.

Warnings & precautions:
  1. For vaginal use only.
  2. Do not use VivaGel™ BV if you have a history of sensitivity toAstodrimer sodium, hydroxybenzoates or any other ingredient of the formulation.
  3. Do not use in girls before the onset of puberty.
  4. VivaGel™ BV is not expected to interfere with medications because it is not absorbed into the bloodstream following vaginal application. Due to incompatibility, use of other vaginal products containing polyquaterniums, which are found in some personal lubricants, should be avoided while using VivaGel™ BV Vaginal Gel.
  5. See your doctor if symptoms persist after 7 days or recur within 2 weeks of completing a course.
  6. See a doctor if you are diabetic or pregnant/ breastfeeding (or plan to be).
  7. You can use VivaGel™ BV when you don’t have symptoms to help prevent recurrent BV and its symptoms.
  8. Recurrent BV is typically 3 or more episodes in a 12-month period.
